In addition to 1-day content, participants complete more detailed inspections, fault recognition exercises, and supervised operating scenarios on multiple lift types (when available). Training includes ground condition assessment, weather impacts, traffic coordination, load capacity awareness, and rescue planning. Written and practical evaluations are included to support employer qualification needs.

This three-day program provides a complete operator development experience with added competent-person level elements. It includes more detailed standards review, lift selection criteria, incident case studies, and site-specific lift planning. Participants practice advanced positioning, complex scenarios, coordinated work planning, and rescue drills. Additional emphasis is placed on documentation, audit readiness, and building repeatable internal processes for qualification and refresher triggers.
